After we cut away the concrete floor we had to dig a deep hole to put the well into.

I covered things with sheets to keep the dust off. I suppose it helped some, but there was a lot of dust anyway. My advice would be to rent a jack hammer and not even attempt to use a diamond saw to cut the concrete. Way too messy.
