Here's our basement. THe ceiling is in great shape, the walls (above the bottom few inches) are in great shape. The floor is yucky. We're thinking we'll put in linoleum now.

More basement. The kick plate under the shelves/drawers rotted away so Adam was able to get bleach all the way under there.

Here's the back room. Give us 6 months and there *will* be a sump pump in this corner. It's where the water is still coming up through the floor.
